Landscape Master Plan

Project Statement

The Lynch residence Landscape Master plan consisted of an extensive full site renovation of a existing heavily wooded lot. The family was looking for outdoor living space that included a screened in porch, lawn area, outdoor kitchen and pergola.

The moderately sloping site was graded and leveled with attractive stone walls. Bluestone was incorporated into a patio with seat walls and built-in grill. Mulched trails meander through the perimeter of the property punctuated with azaleas, camellias and rhododendrons. Lastly, a pergola tucked in the woods provides a shaded retreat in the side yard for children and adult relaxation.
