Common Area Master Plan

Executive Summary

The Falls River community was developed in 1995 and consists of a variety of housing types in addition to a significant amount of common property or open space. In 2013 the Board of Directors conducted a survey to determine what improvements the community would like to see to the existing amenities and what new projects they might be interested in. The results of this survey were to be used to develop a master plan that will incorporate a wish list into a comprehensive Common Area Plan.

The intent of the Common Area Master Plan was to make recommendations for the appearance of the existing common areas and facilitate future improvements to these areas. The budgetary estimates were provided for additional support to guide the phasing of these improvements over the next eight to ten years. A descriptive plan was developed for the property as well as a 28 page report to document the recommendations.
