What You Can Expect & Deserve
ONE. Initial Consultation – Determination of the scope of the project based on the goals and objectives of the client. Site information such as surveys and other plans of the property are gathered at this time.
TWO. Written Proposal – Definition of the scope of the project is developed along with a cost estimate that is based on an hourly rate and estimated requirement of time. Note: Client approval is required before the project begins.
THREE. Site Analysis – Observation of the site’s characteristics, photography of the property, and the gathering of additional measurements and key information.
FOUR. Progress Meetings – Introduction of a concept plan and exchange of ideas between the client and designer. Client approval of the design direction is obtained at this stage.
FIVE. Final Design – Presentation of a final design in an AutoCAD generated format. Note: a color rendered plan can be provided upon request.
