- Initial Consultation – Determination of the scope of the project based on the goals
and objectives of the client. Site information such as surveys and
other plans of the property are gathered at this time.
- Written Proposal – Development of a written proposal which defines the scope
of the project. A cost estimate will be determined based on an hourly
rate and estimated requirement of time. This proposal is approved
by the client prior to getting started.
- Site Analysis - Visit
the site to photograph the property, to observe the site’s characteristics,
and to gather additional measurements and information.
- Progress Meetings – Introduction of a concept plan and exchange of ideas between
the client and designer. Gain client approval on the design direction.
- Final Design –
Presentation of a final design in an AutoCAD generated format. A color
rendered plan can be provided upon request.
